Return & Refund Policy

The acceptance of order is subject to availability of products, delivery areas and time. The order may or may not be accepted. The order might be cancelled after assessing the circumstances and communicated to customer. In such case amount paid by customer is fully refunded to bank account.

Any order sent to a customer that is refused or is undeliverable will be charged the full shipping costs, including return shipping charges to Muggles point.

Undeliverable packages are treated similar to orders for which an incorrect address has been provided by the customer or orders where the carrier has attempted to deliver and no one is available to accept the package.

For COD orders, approved refunds to customer will be processed through bank. Once refund has been initiated by Muggles Point, refund takes 3 to 7 business days to reflect in your account. For Advance Orders, cancellation must be raised by customers at least 24 hours earlier to be entitled for a refund.

Delivery timings, if promised cannot be guaranteed in case of special circumstances like extreme weather conditions, riots, strikes, elections, bandhs, containment zone (lockdown areas) and / or any other exigent circumstances. The order cancellation will not be possible in such circumstances and re-funds will not executed unless we are aware of the situation at least 24 hours before the delivery time.
